Nissan Repair: heater/ac, cabin filter, blower motor

Our heater/ac blower only worked on high, then would not blow at all. I replaced the sensor and the blower motor and all four speeds work, but I am getting almost no air from the vents (including defrost, floor and middle) I can see all three acutators movie like they should. The little air that comes out is warm for heat and cold for ac. I removed the cabin filter which was dirty, but still have ver little air flow. Any ideas what to try next?

Pull the blower motor and see if the blower cage is reverse of the original.  Other than that you should check to see if there is an obstruction in the system and that the filter cover has been replaced tightly.  If the blower cage is reverse of the original it will not blow much at all.
