QUESTION: when we starts to accelerate it stop about 2000 rpm ,so we can turn the ignition key off-on when it is in turning so it acc again  up to max rpm until you sfift gear it is the same again what can it be ??

If your Terrano petrol or diesel.  If it is diesel I would be looking at the waste gate for the turbo.  And, if it is the petrol version I would be looking at a melted or plugged catalytic converter.  Please email me back and we'll discuss further.

I would suspect the waste gate.  If it is the waste gate you will need to check if it is sticking open or the spring return is defective.  Another area of concern would be the fuel pressure regulator.  If the filter has not been changed there is good chance that the fuel pressure is out of range and the fuel pressure regulator cannot compensate.  I would first replace the fuel filter and then check the fuel pressure to make sure it is in the normal range.
