My head lights on my Nissan Sentra 99 work but one of my high beams dont work.

If the headlight is good, you can check it by switching it with the other headlight, then it would be the headlight switch that is defective.  Nissan uses contacts for each side, in case one blows, you have the other.  In this case, the high beam only has one burning.  Replace the headlight switch and you should be fine.
