Nissan Repair: 97 nissan altima, nissan altima, vacuum hose

my check enginge light is on. i got a code p400 and i replaced the erg valve and the sensor and light is still on with same p400 code.  please help me!!!!

P0400 means EGR flow malfunction, so it probably is not the EGR valve, but more like a faulty vacuum hose, or clogged system. Do you know when the EGR was replaced, they inspected the pipes, hoses, and cleaned the system?
