Nissan Repair: wiper issue for nissan, nissan altima, wiper switch

I have a 1999 Nissan altima es and the wipers are not working at all. i tried changing the motor and that didnt fix the problem at all. i was told it could be the switch or the relay???? not sure any help would be greatly appreciated.

The wiper switch could be the problem or even the fuse or relay.  If you get a test light you can probe the connection at the motor and see if you are getting power.  I would check the fuse first since it could have blown with the previous wiper motor.  Most people do not think that when a part goes out that it could potentially blow the fuse.  But, it does happen sometimes.  Check the fuse first.  The relay box is under the dash on the firewall above the pedals.  Email me back and let me know what you find.
