Nissan Repair: Fan Blower Quit, mirage camper, blown fuse

Question
Hi, I have a 1983 Nissan Mirage (camper).  The fan motor for AC/heat suddenly quit blowing, and I can't find the fuse for it.  It is not marked on the schematic on the fuse box lid. Unfortunately I don't have the book for it.   I have also looked under the hood to see if there are any other fuses there, like some cars. But can't find any.
Please can you help me?  Thanks, Penny, TX

Answer
Hi Penny -

If it is the fuse it should be in the main fuse box. However, best way to check this out is to get a probe type circuit tester with light and with the power on and A/C fan on, check the power to the motor (located below dash passenger side). If there is power, then it is the motor that went out. If no power, then proceed to check each terminal of each fuse in the fuse box with that light tester. When you encounter one side of a fuse that has power, and the other not, then you have found the blown fuse.

Hope this helps -
