Nissan Repair: 91 nissian maxium, sparkplug wires, high voltage

Question
Hi,
My Nissan max. run good when it is not raining, when is it raining it start to act like it want to cut out, when I go above 45mph or drive fast it stops. I had a tune up about 4 months ago, I had to return to the shop and they put liquid tune up and I have not had problem since until it rains. Please help

Answer
Hadash,

I would replace the sparkplug wires, cap and rotor.  The high voltage in the system shorts out when it gets wet, as in rain.  The wires, cap and rotor are probably old or defective.  If you open the hood on a dark night, engine running, you will probably see blue sparks from the wires and cap.
