Nissan Repair: car vibrated, nissan maxima, cragen

I have Nissan Maxima 96.CEL is on but Autozone could not check because little of electrical error (they said that the thing which used to plug in the OBD (codes checker) to check the codes is not working). what can I do to fix it? My car also have little white smoke (rubber smell) near passenger side after my car was running. why is that happen? when my car go up to 65 or up, my car get a lot vibration. Is it because of tire ( one of four tire is too old). Thanks a lot for your answer.

Go to a different store to get your codes read.  Some work and some don't.  So, shop around at Checker, Cragen, and Autozone for getting the codes read.  You might have a water leak causing the smoke and I would get it checked.  The vibration is most probably due to old tires or ones that are in need of balance.
