Nissan Repair: electrical problem, radiator fans, battery connection

I was changing my alternator and forgot to discount the battery. now my windows don't work, most of the cluster doesn't work, radiator fans and turn signal also doesn't work. i checked all the fuses and relays there all fine. what could the problem be.

There is a master fuse at the positive battery connection that most probably needs to be replaced.  Also, make sure the alternator is wired correctly since one of the leads runs directly to the battery.  Check it out and let me know what you find.
