how do i change out a stipped and damaged wheel lug on my nissan frontier truck.  the wheel lug is located on the front passenger side.

I will assume it is a two wheel drive?  If so, it is a matter of removing the wheel, the caliper, the torque member and the rotor.  Now, you will see the studs sticking through the hub.  There are stud removal tools used to force the old one out.  And, you use a stack of washers for leverage and an impact wrench to get the new one pulled through to seat it.  Purchase a new stud and begin the journey.
