hi, I have nissan altima 2007 2.5 I change the ambient temp sensor and the display not show the outside temp this sensor need configuration ...please help me

No configuration should be required other than disconnecting the battery cable for five minutes.  If that does not fix the problem you need to inspect the new sensor, the wires and the connector.  If all is good then you will need to get a system scan from the dealer using a Consult II or Consult III to diagnose what the Controller Area Network (CAN) computer is picking up.
