Nissan Repair: 97 Pathfinder cuts off while driving, diagnostic check, code id

I have a '97 Pathfinder and about a week ago it started cutting off while I was driving or accelerating. It takes a few seconds to turn over when I restart it, and the RPMs suddenly drop before it cuts off. I had a diagnostic check run, and replaced the fuel pump and filter, but it is still cutting off. Just wondering what else it could be.

Are you getting any CEL (Check Engine Light) codes?

If so, please diagnose it and get back to me with the code ID.

If not, try replacing the ignition module. This is located in the distributor.
