Nissan Repair: cefiro radiator/cooling fan, radiator cooling fan, engine stalls

hi. i have a 97 A32. the problem is when i drive the car with the a/c off, the car would run fine but when i slow down or stop, the engine dies. it is hard for me to start it again. then i tried using the a/c and noticed that i don't have the same problem with the a/c off. but i noticed that the fan would be in constant "ON" mode. it wont shut off even after an hour of driving. what could be the problem? thanks in advance.

I would have the airconditioner compressor checked.  It appears that it is causing such a load that the engine stalls.  That could mean the compressor needs to be replaced.  Check it out and email me back with what you find.  If the fan is stuck on replace the fan relay under the hood.  These are located in the relay box and should be marked accordingly.
