Nissan Repair: Fan/Blower switch, blower motor resistor, nissan sunny

Question
Hi Von,
My car is 1995 Nissan Sunny. Recently, I forgot to turn off the blower switch (1) and A/C before I turn off my engine. When I'm going to turn the engine on again. The blower/fan switch is just stop working but the A/C is still working as you can feel it in the engine. The blower/fan is not working on 1 & 2 but still working on 3, 4. I check the fuse and they are all seemed okey. What seems to be the problem of the blower switch? Thanks and I hope you could give me an answer.

Cheers,

Erold

Answer
Erold,

There is a blower motor resistor that is under the dash, passenger side, that has blown.  Purchase the replacement and you will know what you are looking for.  It attaches to the blower case by the glovebox.  Remove the glovebox to gain access.
