Nissan Repair: 1990 300zx, fuse boxes, starter relay

Question
QUESTION: Starter just clicks when ign. key turned on. Had starter checked and was fine, even went as far as to install rebuilt starter but did the same. I don't know if there is one or where the relay is. It did this about a month ago, but I was able to jump it and it started, had battery checked and was fine. Now the same problem has come back. Any information would be very appreciated.

ANSWER: Robert,

I would replace the starter relay, it is in on eof the black boxes under the hood.  That is, if the battery is fully charged and the starter is correct as you state.

QUESTION: Thanks for your quick response, but I am unsure of relay location

Answer
Robert,

The starter relay is under the hood.  There are two relay/fuse boxes under the hood.  Remove each lid and on the inside of the lid is a description of what each relay does.  If it is not there look in the owners manual for descriptions.  Email me back if you need more.
