Hi,

I got some repair done on my 1998 Nissan Maxima and now the check engine soon light comes up. I took it to Auto Zone and they gave the Map sensor that needs to be replaced to get rid off this check light.

Could you please, help me with where can I find the Map sensor in the car?

Purchase a new MAP sensor and replace yours.  courtesynissan.com or rockauto.com are too good and cheap sources for the part.  The sensor is on the intake and pretty easy to change out.  Get a Haynes Manual for photographs and diagrams.  Disconnect the battery for five minutes after you change the part and it will clear the code.
