It is probably not the fuel causing the problem.  I would almost bet the mass airflow sensor is defective or the converter is melted.  Check these out and email me back if you need more.  I just repaired a 2001 Sentra with a melted converter that was caused by a bad mass airflow sensor.  Replaced both and she is back on the road.
