Nissan Repair: cruise control stopped working, nissan maxima, cruise control

I have a 1994 nissan maxima, the cruise control just stopped working, I know it's not the vacume or the control box. I did notice that the lights for the controls on the steering wheel are not on, but the light to turn on the cruise on the dash does work.

You will need to do a diagnosis.  The first place to look is at the brake pedal to make sure the switch is not out of adjustment or broken.  The cruise will not set if the switch is out of adjustment or defective.  The most common problem is the one I listed or the module itself is defective that runs the cruise control.
