Nissan Repair: 2003 nissan pathfinder, nissan pathfinder, fuel conditioner

I am experiencing a noticeable hesitation, if push on the accelerator it feels like the truck is not getting fuel and feels like it is going in and out of gear. How ever if i accelerate slowly there is no hesitation. I had the fuel filter changed and it seemed to be good for a day and then it came back. i would like to hear your opinion. Thank you

Could be contaminated fuel so put in a fuel conditioner like Lucas or the like.  Also, since it is a 2003 have you replaced the sparkplugs?  I would do a full tuneup on it.  Also, there are no codes like the check engine light is not on?  If so, have the codes read.  Email me back and let me know more...
