Nissan Repair: Code P0430 Nissan Xterra, nissan xterra, oxygen sensors

I just bought an 05' Xterra service engine light just came on and it's throwin code P0430 Need to know if it's likely the 02 sensor....Or if i really need to be worried about the cats..any help would be great it's got 48k miles on it V6

Yes, it shows the catalyst system, bank two as being out of range.  Could be a melted converter, a stuck fuel injector causing too much fuel or the sensor itself.  First, have the fuel pressure checked and make sure no injectors are leaking.  Second, drop the converter and inspect for damage.  If these are fine check the oxygen sensors.
