Nissan Repair: 93 Altima, air control valve, fuel pressure

When starting car it accelerates to full throttle,I have held linkage shut manually and it still does it, can you help?

Sounds like you have leaky injectors and the computer is compensating by running the idle air control valve to full open.  I would first check the fuel pressure and the injectors for leaks.  Check this out and let me know what you find.  If the injectors are leaking you will need to replace those and recheck the system.
