Nissan Repair: poss. broken head gasket, losing coolant, coolant fluid

I have an 02 Nissan altima w/109,000 miles. My car shakes and white smoke from tail pipe when start up. After car warms up it runs fine. I have coolant in #2 cylinder and oil in #3 cylinder. Check engine light read as random misfire code. Oil looks good, but losing coolant fluid. No visible leaks. Please help single female in distress:(

I am so sorry to tell you that I think you have a defective head gasket.  You can have a shop check for carbon monoxide in the antifreeze and that will confirm.  But, since you say coolant in the cylinder and oil in another pretty much confirms the situation.  The head will ahve to come off and be inspected and a new headgasket is in order.
