Nissan Repair: 1993 Nissan Quest, vacuum hose, nissan quest

Question
I just had an oil change, tranny flush, and air filter change. Ever since, my Quest will often die when idling. It starts right back up, but seems to get worse as the van heats up. Any ideas? Is there an idle adjustment?

Thanks, Jim

Answer
Hi Jim

If you had the work done from a shop, I would take it back and have them check. Looks like a vacuum hose, sensor, or wire got disconnected while the work was done. They will need to retrace what was moved or removed to do the work, and find the problem.

That is my opinion, and it is a common thing.

Tell, me, does the car run rough?
