Nissan Repair: Valve Adjusting a 96 Altima GXE, altima gxe, cam lobe

Question
I have the tools. When adjusting the valves Do I start with intake or exhaust, passenger to driver side, cam lobe on or off the valve? Or any other suggestions?

Valve adjustment is done with cam lobe at its lowest point. It does not matter what sequence you use to adjust valves, the important thing is that you adjust it when there is maximum clearance between the cam and lifter. You will need to manually rotate the engine as you go through each valve adjustment.

Intake clearance should be .012 to .015
Exhaust should be .013 to .016
