Nissan Repair: Heating and ac fan speed, blower motor resistor, nissan sentra gxe

The fan for my internal cooling(ac) and heating just works now only on number 4 speed.Some one told me its a resistor , what is its proper name and where is it located in my car.2002 nissan sentra gxe.

Yes, the blower motor resistor is what you are looking for.  It is located on the blower case, under the dash, on the passenger side.  If you remove the glovebox you will have access to get to it.  Purchase a new one and you will know what you are looking for.  Need a phillips screwdriver to get the glovebox off and the resistor unit out.
