Nissan Repair: 1997 infiniti qx4, inner fender, 16 wheels

Hi; I have a 1997 infiniti qx4, it has 16'' wheels on it.My question is will the 2004 qx56 18'' wheels fit on my car.

If the bolt pattern is the same the wheel will fit but the fenders are going to be a problem if you use the factory size tire on the rim.  Before you purchase I would request a trial fit as the jounce, where the wheel/tire goes up is going to rub on the inner fender on the back.  On the front, the wheel/tire combination is going to rub on the inside of the wheel well and the outer fender at the top.
