Nissan Repair: 2000 frontier crewcab carrier bearing plus, universal joints, holley

Question
vibration after new tires installed, tires re-balanced,  tire guys said needed carrier bearing replacement done (they did it), now there is another vibration shows up at about 35 to 50 mph, gets less at higher speed - I'm clueless and so are they, what's next?  thank you!

Answer
Holley,

If the tires are blanaced and the carrier bearing has been replaced I would be looking at universal joints.  With the year and miles that would be my assumption.  Have them check it by putting it on a lift where the frame is suspended and someone can get in and run it through the gears and you should notice the vibration at the universal joints and probably the worst offender will be the one at the back of the transmission.
