1)the check the engine light came  2 days ago Good guys changed my oil and put a quart/2 over I drove it about 1 week then the light came on What happens when over full?   good guys evac&recharged a/con it gets colder than before but is not real cold. changed the cabin air filter  dye ac leak detection aid debug radiator.I try to take care of my car I keep up with maintance

The over fill of oil is not good as it will make the oil foam and that could hurt your bearings.  Good thing you cought it.  I will assume the check engine light is out now?  If not, get the oil level corrected and have the trouble code read for free at Autozone or Checker.  Email me back with the code they give you.  If you get rid of the in cabin filter the car will get colder inside.  The filter restricts the flow and R134 does not do that good of a job at cooling in traffic.  If you are moving over 35 mph the air works great.  I would remove the cabin filter for the summer and install it this fall.
