Nissan Repair: 1993 Nissan Pickup Headlights/Tailights, phillips screwdriver, courtesynissan

Question
When the light switch is turned on nothing cuts on - headlights/tailights/dash light.  When I push the turn signal forward the high beams cut on.  I have checked every fuse.

Replace the headlight switch.  rockauto.com or courtesynissan.com are a cheap source if you can wait.  Otherwise, go to your local parts store.  Under $100 bucks and all you need is a phillips screwdriver to change it.  The steering wheel does not need to come off.
