Nissan Repair: problem with the auto transmission, nissan sunny, jx 1

RECENTLY I BUY A USED 1987 NISSAN SUNNY I AM FACING A PROBLEM THAT WHEN I PUSHED THE ACCELARATOR ENGINE RPM INCREASES BUT THE ACCELARATION OF THE CAR IS VERY SLOWER, WHEN IT REACHES AT THE SPEED OF 60 T0 80KM/H IT IS NORMAL BUT FROM O TO 40KM/H IT IS VERY SLOW ACCELARATION THE TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL IS OK SOME ONE TOLD ME TO CHECK THE FILTER BUT I FAILED TO REACH THE FILTER PL TELL ME WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF TRANSSMISSION FILTER OF NISSAN 87 JX 1.3. ONE THING MORE IN THE BEGINING POWER STEERING WAS GOOD BUT GRADUALLY THE STEERING BECOMES HARDER AND HARDER. THE FLUID LVL IS OK NO EXTERNAL LEAK IN THE STEERING SYSTEM PL ADVISE ME THE BEST  I WILL BE SO THANKFULL TO YOU

the filter is at the bottom of the pan.  i dont think its going to solve your problem but you never know.  you may want to start looking for a new transmission.  it sounds like your auto transmission is on its way out.  i wouldnt worry about your leaky power steering untill this is fixed.  ill take care of that question then!  good luck!
