Car starts fine and runs good but shuts down at stop sign or traffic light, is the problem the starter

sounds to me like you have a faulty tps (throttle position sensor).  the starter only is operative at startup.  when you slow down to a stop or at low idle, if your tps is faulty it will cause your engine to run rough, stall, hesitate, etc.  this is not adjustable, only replaceable.  good luck and e-mail me your findings!! thanks!  xxp_sebby@yahoo.com
