Nissan Repair: 94 pathfinder ticking at idle, nissan pathfinder, oil viscosity

Question
I have a 94 Nissan Pathfinder I recently replaced the timing belt, water pump and thermostat.  I put everything back together and its running great but I keep hearing a ticking noise while idling but it stops when I press the clutch in.  I think its ticking when I am driving it also but I am not sure.  I just can't figure it out because it is running so quiet when i press the clutch.  I have experienced it not ticking when I drive it or a long distance and stop and listen at idle.  Can you please help me out?

Answer
Hi Ger,

Sounds like a couple of things that could be causing this. Oil viscosity might be too hi or the oil pump is becoming weak. I would try 5 30 and see if that helps. Could be rocker arms too. Sounds like your not getting enough oil to the cylinder head.
