Nissan Repair: crank position senser, crank sensor, ocasionally

Question
I have a 2003 Altima with a 2.5 engine.  Started getting check eng. light some times.  Went to Auto Zone and had it checked.  They found bad crank sensor code.  I replaced sensor.  Still get same code. Not all the time though.  Now the car is starting to die when traveling about 20 to 30 mph.  When light is on car has a noticable loss of power.  When light is off, power back to normal but still dies ocasionally.

Answer
Hi Mike,

Do you have the code numbers? I suggest having it scanned at a shop. It scanner they use at A-Z may not be 100%.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the awesome rating! Sorry that your having trouble, but all cars these days are fully electronic. I think that there was more than one code present they might not have seen or mentioned. Sometimes a code will mean something entirely different than what it says. If you can get me the code number(s) I am pretty good with this stuff and probably can set you straight.
