Question
CAR RUNS WELL. CHANGED SPARK PLUGS, COOLING SENSOR, DISTRIBUTOR, ROTORS, GAS FILTER, AND OXYGEN SENSOR. WHEN YOU DRIVE 6-7 MILES, AND YOU ACCELERATE CAR BEGINS TO LOSE POWER AND STUTTER, BUT IDLES FINE WHILE STANDING STILL. PLEASE HELP I'M AT WITS END!!!!!!!!!!

Answer
Dennis,

The fuel pump could be going out.  I would check the fuel pressure when you drive it by screwing one in to the fuel rail and tape it to the windshield.  If the pressure drops off you know that the pump is the problem.  other sources of this condition are the converter.  When the car gets hot the car begins to stumble.  I would check the car in this order.  Let me know what you find.
