Nissan Repair: 1995 Nissan Altiima starter removal, haynes manual, starter removal

Question
My husband says the starter is hard to get to and he realises he will probably have to remove something else to get to it.

He needs to know the easiest way to remove it with out alot of extra steps.

Buy him a Haynes Manual.  The job is easy and there is not that much to remove except the starter.  The Haynes Manual has nice photographs to show everything and only costs $20 bucks.  Remember that this is front wheel drive and that is the only thing that makes it difficult.  If you are used to working on rear wheel drive everything is sideways on the Altima.
