Nissan Repair: Water in engine oil, head gasket, cracked head

Question
I have a 1995 200SX, had antifreeze in the engine oil. I replaced the head gasket, and put in fresh oil, and water in the radiator. After running for 10mins, water is back in the oil. When I opened up the oil cap on the value cover, there was water around the opening. No white smoke when engine runs. Also when replacing the head gasket, there was a mixture of oil and antifreeze, in the Intake Manafold.

Answer
Tom,

If the head and deck were straight and the head gasket was replaced then I would be looking at a cracked head. It is probably internal where it will be difficult to find.  You can take the head to a machine shop where they can bolt a block off plate to the head and then introduce pressurized air to the waterjacket and they will be able to tell you if the head is indeed cracked.  If it is not the head then the block would next to check.  Now, from your comment on the intake and coolant being found in it would lead me to the conclusion that the head has an internal crack.  It could be repaired or replace the head.
