Question
HI MY NAME IS OZZY,RECENTLY MY CAR HAS BEEN STALLING RIGHT BEFORE A COMPLETE STOP.IT USALLY TAKES A COUPLE TIMES FOR IT TO TURN ON AFTER STALLING. ONLY STALLS AT LOW RPMS, NEVER AT NORMAL SPEED. FIRST THING I DID WAS REPLACE THE FUEL FILTER, RAN PERFECT FOR 2 DAYS AND THEN ACTED UP AGAIN. THEN REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP RAN GOOD AGAIN FOR ABOUT 2 DAYS BUT ACTED UP AGAIN I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. ITS COSTING ME ALOT OF MONEY THAT I DONT HAVE. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

Answer
Ozzy,

There is a dampner on the throttle body that the throttle stop rests against.  When you let off the gas the throttle stop hits this dampner and then it slowly comes to a complete idle.  These do fail and I would check this first as it is common.  Other items that can cause this is a plugged up throttle body.  The idle air control valve and throttle body probably need to be cleaned too.
