I have a 2002 nissan sentra gxe engine light code po745 I WAS TOLD THIS IS A TRANS CODE.LIGHT CAME ON SUDDENLY I HAVE CHECKED THE FLUID ITS OK CAR SEEMS TO SHIFT AND DRIVE FINE.ANY HELP ON REPAIR AND DIAGNOSTIC WOULD BE GREAT.

Line pressure SV means that there is a pressure problem in the transmission.  Either the pressure is insufficient and the pump is going out or you have an internal wear problem that is causing the pressure to bleed off.  In either case the transmission is going to have to be gone into.
