Nissan Repair: 1999 Nissan Sentra GXE, nissan sentra, dashboard lights

Hello.  I have checked through the manual and could not find and answer.  The dashboard lights, the corner lights, and the tail lights do not come on when I turn the headlights on.  But the clock/radio is still lit.  Couldn't find the fuse for these items though.

Check the fuse panel for instrument lights and if the fuse is good it is probably the headlight switch.  If it was only the interior instrumentation lights I would say the dimmer was defective.  But, since the outside lights are not working as well it is probably the switch.  The combination switch on the column that does the headlights and blinkers is probably going out.
