Nissan Repair: 2000 nissan frontier, nissan frontier, electrical connection

replaced the distributor. truck turns over but wont crank.  never had any trouble til now. just stops in the middle of the road. now wont start at all. thanks

You say the distributor was replaced.  Did it run afterwards.  If so, check to make sure that the electrical connection is good and see if the plugs are getting fire.  If you installed a new distributor and it did not run it is probably 180 degrees out.  There is a drive dog on the cam and the distributor can go in two ways.  If this is the case rotate the rotor 180 degrees and reinstall the distributor and you should be fine.
