87 pathfinder remove electric window motor and replace. door panel is already removed

Have someone hold the window while you remove the bolts that hold the glass.  Now, remove the bolts that hold the electric motor on the door and fish it out of the door and unplug it.  Now, replace it with the new one.  Then, replace the glass and be sure not to tighten the bolts too much or you could break the glass.  Run it up and down a couple of times to make sure that nothing is binding.
