Nissan Repair: tail lights, nissan sentra, water leaks

Hi,
I have a '94 nissan sentra and each time i fill up the radiator, the water leaks from somewhere under the car, i got under the car to check and discovered the leak was not from the radiator but the leak was coming from somewhere near the oil filter. Also the tail lights won't come up even after changing the bulbs with new ones. pls help me out.

The leak is probably the waterpump and if you follow the water up it will be leaking from under the pump through the weep hole.

Change the headlight switch and that should take care of the tail lights.  The master switch on the column controls the parking lights as well as blinkers and headlights.
