Nissan Repair: Drivers side power window, nissan maxima, master switch

The button for the driver's power window sometimes does not work to go back up.  Down is fine.  All other windows work properly. Have to rock the button back and forth repeatedly before it goes back up.  Nissan Maxima 2000 SE.  Thanks

The master switch on the drivers door needs to be replaced.  I have a 200 Maxima and have replaced three already.  They get wet and corrode from water getting through the window and when the door opens.  Great car but a bad design on where the master switch is located.  Change the switch and you should be fine.  Take the plastic cover off where the handle pull is and there is a screw that has to be removed.  Then the panel lifts up and then unplug the master switch and replace it.
