Nissan Repair: Replace broken right door wing mirror (manual), phillips screws, putty knife

Question
Hi I have a 1994 Nissan Micra my car was recently vandalised and the right door wing mirror was broken, I have bought a replacement mirror but am not sure how to fix it.
Thanks ever so much

Answer
Sama,

You will have to take the door panel off and then the inside mirror cover to gain access to the bolts that hold the mirror on.  Then, it is a matter of taking the bolts out and removing the old mirror and reinstalling the new one.  The door panel is pretty simple if you have a clip removal tool or a putty knife.  Take the phillips screws out of the panel at the handle and pull and the one at the front.  Then lift the handle out and the pull off and then work your way around the panel to release the clips.  Then you can pop off the little triangular cover that covers the mirror bolts.
