Nissan Repair: nissan electrical, nissan 240sx, test light

I just replaces a engine in a 89 nissan 240sx and it won't start i was checking the injectors with my test light and there is power going to both the injector wires constantly even when the car is off. do you know what might be wrong? the car tries to stsrt when i spray fuel in the air intake.

Make sure you chave checked all the wiring to the engine and also check the fuel lines to see that they are connected properly.  Check the fuel pressure and make sure the pump is working.  Since you had the engine out there is a chance that the fuel pump fuse was blown.  I have had this happen.
