Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: no power, muffler shops, cutlass supreme

Have an 1995, Cutlass Supreme, engine is 3100 V6m the windows won't work.  There is barely any power, but will run, but not on any type of hilly surface.  The oil gage and battery gage do not work either.  2 yrs ago, I did replace the switch for the windows to work, but more going on this time then just windows.

Sounds like you MAY have 2 different issues.
I would recommend a MAJOR tune up (plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, air filter) and have the coils checked for proper output.
I would also have the Catalytic converter checked, most muffler shops do this for free, or reduced rate.

The windows MAY be a result of low avalible voltage, battery or alternator not spinning fast enough to be able to keep up electrical power for the demand placed on it.
It MAY also be faulty window motors, MAY be. I would get the engine running and running properly before I worried about the windows.
