Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 99 Buick Century AC Rattle, squirrel cage, buick century

Question
I recently purchased a 1999 Buick Century Custom, it had a few minor problems nothing performance related and they are all pretty much fixed except for one that I just dont know where to start on.

The other problems were common stuff, replacing faulty audio equipment or a window regulator.  But this is the Air Conditioner, on all settings and fan settings the AC will rattle when its on, the higher the fan setting the more it rattles, its a point where I can barely stand to drive with the AC on.  I figured I could get over it by drowning it out with the radio but my ears are just tuning to that rattle and its driving me nuts.  What could be causing it and how could I fix it?

Answer
Hi
If it stops with fan off, I would think you have something in the fan "squirrel cage". A leaf, acorn, pine straw, piece of paper. I have pulled almost everything and anything from these particular blower motors.
It has 3 small bolts holding it in (7/32nd heads)
I really think this will solve your problem.
I hope this helps.
Good luck
