Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1990 Oldsmobile Regency 98 rattle, oldsmobile regency 98, oldsmobile regency

I have a 1990 Olds Regency 98 and we have replaced every pulley on the car except the harmonic balancer which was just replaced in 2005. Is there anything behind the harmonic balancer that can go and make it clang like it is doing or is it possible that it is the harmonic balancer again. Also we used parts off of another car just like mine could it be possible it could still be one of those parts. The only one that is new is the water pump and the idler pulley.

yes the honmanic balancer could be makeing this noise i would remove the serpitine belt start the car up for just a half a min . and if you here the noise replace the honmanic ballancer good luck to u hun .
