Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: horn/turn signals, turn signal flasher, buick skylark

Question
I have a 1991 Buick Skylark, V-6.  Recently my horn stopped working, I thought it might be a fuse but since it is a used buick it doesn't have the cover for the fuses so I don't know which fuse is the one for the horn.  Also I have noticed that here lately my turn signals will not work.  I have changed all the bulbs, but again don't know which fuse if there is a fuse for the signals.  But the weirdest thing is that I can be driving the car and all of a sudden it will make the noise as if the turn signal is on but as soon as I hit the signal switch it will stop.  Okay I don't want to think that my car is haunted but can you help me in anyway with my dilema?

Answer
Hello Aldon,
With the associated problems all being in the steering column, it would seem logical that they are related.
A connector down on the steering column maybe?
The signal switch could be bad under the steering wheel also.
But before getting that replaced I would try replacing the turn signal flasher, which should be in a clip either on, or beside the steering column, under the lower edge of the dash board.
