Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: AC Blower controls, ac system, blower fan

The blower for my AC system on a 2000 olds intrigue will not work on any speed except full.  It previously did not work on low speed, but did on all others.  Now it is only high speed.  Is there a resistor to control the speed?  If so where is it located?

You need a BLOWER FAN RESISTOR and it is usually located near the blower motor on the housing. It is a small unit with about 3 coils of wires and 3 electrical connectors. Will fit in the palm of your hand. Cost approx $50.00. Usually a DEALER item.
